When I saw their joy I wept from respondent admiration. Connected in full utilization of assets of a relationship I’ve yet to understand. These things that I am seeing are not from me but to me for the use in preparation and provision. A single connection that requires unlimited focus, therefore all previous connection must be detached for the duration. Interruptible but intended for constancy what then is continuity’s mastery? Some acclimated technique of mature meditation, some dubious capacity to focus on a single distant point, some arbitrary magic crafted by spell and affirmation. Not a thing of me, but for me, it is not an action created but given in response to surrender, faith and love.

Am I to be Spirit singly, no for even my graduated man shall fill a housing equivalent in purpose and nature?  What then is the knowledge of remaining within that spirit sanctum other than the projectionist, mantra chanters or occultists recommend? Galatians 5:22-24 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.  Two indications for direction; one resemblance to His Spirit’s through demonstration of operable measure of His Character traits and two, evidence that those desires of a fleshly nature have been subdued in current behaviors.

That does seem to presuppose participation on my part but rather invites the understanding that this journey of constant abidance in the Spirit is in fact a thing brought about by powers outside of my own. I do not begin to resemble characteristics of an indwelling spirit through mimic, though that would be a human understanding that the responsibility lay in my own performance, works or self-help.  This work is a thing of His Spirit upon me, slowing minimizing my fleshly reactions and desires while increasing the measure of His Own desired character.  It does however suggest in the diminution of my fleshly drive and direction an activation of the emergence of Spirit in voluminous replenishment.This is a process of sanctification by active observable definition as transformation occurs.  Perhaps, surrender is that keystone. Surrendering my own fleshly desire to be extracted or diminished while surrendering my circuitry, communication and sensory connectivity to the things of Spirit that they might establish in perpetuity and maturity.  That appears sensible.

Not for the use of power and authority but for the purpose of establish a conduit through which at appropriate timing will pass that measure of power, authority and Godly provision. Not only in objective solution but through reconfigured intention we may sing the songs of a Spirit filled believer. As I purposefully slow down or stop on my worldly quest I may remind my own spirit that it is best off connected to Omniscience, subsequently disconnecting my own internal drive in surrender to those of Spirit. In time through this surrender and resurrender I will begin to establish a connection less vulnerable to interruption by worldly consequence and fleshly prerogative.  God’s Characteristic Spirit will begin to become comfortable in the surroundings of a Holy of Holy’s designed for His intent and not on a constant sensory fulfillment crusade. Yes, I must resist the enemy and he will flee in strengthening my psychic self denial, but this is a again a voluntary measure of surrender, not achievement, having committed myself to the absolute indwelling of His Holy Spirit in deference.  Having redesigned my intentions and my desires to those matching spiritual understanding I embark upon a quest to subdue my carnal desires in abeyance to being filled with those heavenly desires of Spirit’s Voice.

Thank You Father, Elohim.  Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I am blessed by your Grace and participation in this journey to be with You. In Jesus’ Name.

My worst personal moment; that time when I could not bare to see myself, the tears a symptom of the thirsty internal wasteland. My absolute greatest failure on display for my family’s torture, replayed in media time and again that I might never see beyond it. The loss that threatened psychic eruption, something so dear that its loss provoked nightmares proportionate to lifetime. All of them gone in a greater moment of transformation in adoption by the King. The reflective realizations often the most valuable I see now that even if they had lasted a lifetime, with God I would endure. Without Him I had nothing but the hope of simply making it through the toughest times to the next incident of challenge. Now they are faced with the joyful anticipation that someday, relatively soon I will be beyond these corrupting and corrosive influences of circumstance to dwell in a life that never fades.

How great is your pain? Is this the moment that you truly feel will break you? Have you come to that last ounce of energy, the remainder of hopeful reserve, the last straw? Will this last forever or is it the feeling that you are incapable of enduring such pain, loss, sorrow or humiliation? How much time do you have left in this lifetime? If you were to have to remain in this moment, this pain, this lesson for the rest of your lifetime, could you endure? When will you stop doing it alone and welcome the power given each of us through the Holy Spirit to endure, not just in tortuous resolve but in the joyful expectation of coming eternal reconciliation? We have been bought, not with payment of money, crops, emotions or things but with the PURE, incorruptible seed of the perfect sacrifice, a Holy Sacrifice that transcends the wealth of man. Your pain is over if you want it to be though you may be asked to endure a circumstance that threatens your humanity, it has no hold over Spirit. Walk with Him in Spirit and Truth, live outside of the trappings of this world. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. If he has chosen you to live with this issue for the rest of this temporary life then He knew before you entered it that you would make it across the lake, through the storm in faith, your faith in His ability and promise to deliver you.

This ain’t easy stuff. They laugh at us as if believing in the works of a Holy and Righteous God, loving you enough to buy you back from slavery to sin with the offering of His own perfect sacrifice were somehow an easy contemplation. This is complex, it fascinates the angels. God’s Plan is intricate. His Love is Simple. Am I to remain focused on my loss and my tragedy or the anticipation and Joy of my coming life with Him? I guess that is my choice having been offered one by God. I am not a victim but a party to my maturation in this life, preparing me for the next with the pain, love, loss and gain that are all part of this crucible. I will endure through Him, through His Joy, His Strength, not my own. For now I am indwelt as promise of my coming incorruptible life with the Holy Spirit and in Him I can endure it all. In Jesus Name I pray for you this day. May he heal you of whatever ailments you face or give you the courage, strength and endurance of Spirit to endure it with Joy in Your Heart.

Those who need rest you will find it in the Peace, Care, Love and Mercy of the Lord. This world is tough, it burns, scrapes, shapes, eats and skins our elbows, knees and hearts. Without a place to go with those invasions they remain at the borders of the psyche, clamoring to be part of an overwhelming movement to spiritual depression. We all know, we know those moments when we hide from all that is out there. Turn the phone off, ignore the mail, eat everything that is bad for our bodies and then clamor to find some form of mind numbing entertainment or worse to forget it all as quickly as possible. That’s understandable, many Christian leaders, prophets and kings were often overwhelmed or had too much pressure and no idea of what to do about their circumstances or their emotions. This is the wonderful thing about the Body of Christ. We get it Brother or Sister. Let’s just sit here for a while, let the breeze go by and let the tears run their course, it’s okay.

Jesus, didn’t only preach hell, separation, judgment, wrath, trials and this temporary world. He Loved People, truly loved them and had compassion and comfort for their loss, their burden, illness, poverty and failure. This is hard for the world to comprehend that God could be so soft. Well that is meek, not weak as they would portray it but strong enough to realize that people need some time to handle it all. Patience is one of those characteristics we rarely use though it was given to every Spirit Filled believer as one of the facets of the Holy Spirit. It is not something to learn through trials and recrimination it is a gift of the Spirit’s indwelling and to use it we must seek to be more like Him. Someone asked me about anger, righteous anger. Good question, but hard to explain to an asking person because it typically means they are either struggling with it or looking for some form of justification for their “Steadfast” displays of righteous judgment upon the people around them. Generally my anger never produces anything effective for the Kingdom for it is not my cause nor my place to judge this world or the things in it. He is the judge, I am the lover.

I am sorry you lost your friend, Brother, Sister, Mom or Wife. It hurts, I am so sorry that this has happened in your quest to get this life right. You were doing such a good job it really is a bummer that they let you go and especially when your girl is expecting.  That is not a good time to have that type of stress thrown on you. Oh my your daughter is sick, let’s pray for her that has to be the worst feeling that anyone can ever have. Man they took your motorcycle too. I know how much you enjoyed taking those rides on the weekends with Mollie, I am so sorry you have to go through that. John, I know that the surgery was not successful is there anything that I can do for you during this trying time? Janet, he was a good man and I know it is tough to lose him, especially when you had such hope for the relationship. This world hurts and I am sorry you have to experience any pain, I wish that I could ease it somehow.

We must take those moments to feel that pain which comes along with the situations of life. Bitter moments, love lost, friends killed, betrayals, trials and financial difficulties, not to mention the rebellious teens are just no fun, but they somehow belong on this journey. We may not be able to give each other access to a hassle free lives, but we do know the method by which we can be given peace and healed by the Great Physician. Why often do we take these moments alone or hide from him when it is the opposite what we truly need, we desperately wish to be wrapped in loving arms and protected while we rest. Well that is what he promises and delivers. But you won’t find chastisement from me if you choose to handle it yourself or get depressed and hide from the community. I just want you to know that there is another way, you can go to Him for comfort and to us for encouragement and to help bare those burdens you may not do well alone. Just remember that briefly next time you are overwhelmed, because it happens to all of us.

We are here for you and I pray that your relationship with the Lord is at a stage where you can go to him whenever without feelings of failure or inferiority for He loves you, especially when you are at your worst point. Perhaps trusting him at those moments will be the key to developing a deeper relationship with God as you see that He never leaves, never fails, never lets you down.  Have an awesome day and remember you aren’t doing this alone, unless you want to. Son I will not remove the burden from your clutched fist nor will I force open the doors, storage and cupboards you are yet unwilling to surrender.  This is not a game it is voluntary transformation activated through humility and dire need for salvation. This is Love and Love does not force you to become that which you do not wish to become. However, when you have surrendered to what you referred to as a higher power, shouldn’t you reasonably assume that such surrender engages the higher power to do whatever is within the higher power authority to do in order to fulfill, let’s say, “Let your will be done in heaven even as it is done in the Earth”?  When did we fall pray to our own illusion that God only gets to be the God of our terms and conditions? Isn’t that a violation of the craven image commandment? Manufacturing a god of your own creation so that you can rub it three times daily, polish it and keep it on the mantle to impress company.

God is all knowing, all powerful, Complete and total love, but not something to be messed with in misunderstanding of His Character. In Proverbs it states clearly the beginning of Wisdom is fear of the Lord. Why does it say that in a book that is the Holy, Righteous, Inerrant Word of God and not mean it? God is the only one in the Universe who can commit your soul to separation or punishment in a place that was devised for His fallen angels or in an dark dimension he chooses. Why would anyone think that they can toy with that type of power? Is it pride or foolishness because it may be both but it is definitely in one of those camps?

Let us face the facts, we sinned, His law says that even that first sin once committed earned us a death sentence. Our situation was hopeless without avenue of escape from a All Powerful God who could simply ignore us and go about His business. But that is not what He did. Our God is so Loving that He voluntarily became a Human, amazing to the Angels, and reduced himself to this dimension in order to live alongside us, teach us, prepare us and then die for us to take the punishment for Every Sin That Has Ever Been Committed and Will Be Committed for every man and woman who ever lived or will live on this Earth. He was perfect and Became Entirely Wretched and experienced that horrible feeling of being separated with no Hope from God. And He did that all for us. Then He stepped back, arose and did something perhaps equally amazing and sent His Spirit back when He left that the Spirit would Live inside each of us who surrendered as a seal of the down payment of our inheritance, a mark of salvation, to counsel, guide, convict and empower each believer on their journey to meet a Holy And Righteous God at the end of this temporary life.

Now, my debt was paid that I might live free of that inevitable payment that I could never make and its mandatory punishment. I can’t stop dancing over that one, but wait a minute, now I get to be filled with the Power and Authority of His Spirit here on Earth to serve the Purpose within God’s Plan that I was designed to perform. I get to volunteer to His shaping hand upon my life that I might be sanctified, made better, changed, improved and matured along the way. And I get an entirely new family of people who have realized the same heavenly gift and become new creatures to serve this Holy Plan beside me. So, I have been set free, given the keys to eternal life, the power to testify to others that they might find the same gift and I get to spend it great people, while indwelt by the Holy Spirit of a God who loves me so much that He never leaves and always provides for all of my needs.

Sorry I am not yet seeing the reason why I would want to hold on to cupboards or the things of the past. I am not quite understanding the unwillingness to surrender to that Higher Power when we know He can do the impossible and Brother, I was impossible. God is not some toy or some idea with which we associate our psychology or philosophical understanding. He is not a concept to be contemplated or for interesting conversation or perhaps to help your fit in the group. God is the One Being who created everything who made each of us and has TOTAL authority over everything and everyone. He can do whatever He chooses to do. Why then would He give us the choice as to where we want to go in this life and the next? I don’t know but I know where I want to go and with whom I want to spent eternity. With Him and hopefully with a bunch of You, because I deeply Love Him and I Love you. In Jesus’ Name.

Father the only reason I am still sucking air through this temporary body is that they might have time to make a decision upon following or denying your offer of Grace and Redemption to God. Therefore, Father I beseech you now that you please send your Mighty Angels and that Your Holy Spirit dissolve, remove or find an opening in the scales that block their sight so that they might see a vision of Your Splendid Mercy this very day. Father I ask that Your Voice be heard even by the dead ears that have been wooed away by siren, sin or sentry in the enemy’s quest to steal sheep from rightful pasture. Lord Make Me Powerful in Your Love and Testimony that I might reach hearts and cause them to Ask You for answer that they might find rest in You. Make this last time, this remaining time so effective that it may quickly draw to close that we might find our rightful Home.

Father, the only reason I have been given any measure of talent, charm, treasure or time is to lay the footpath to your coming Kingdom that all might have opportunity to follow the bit of Light you’ve given me to find their way to Freedom. Lord Let me shine Bright, sing in the Clear of Your Glory and express your powerful might in Great, overwhelming Love that smashes through their defenses built to protect themselves from the onslaught of evil’s intent. Let me express to them in simple terms the way to the Cross that they might surrender their lives to you and find redemption, salvation, Cleansing, Grace, Sanctification, Power and Peace on their way to Eternity Spent with You in Glory.

Father, let me so effect those around me that Your Holy Fire ignites their spirits and they become beacons of direction to Your Heart. Lord let that Holy Fire consume them and ignite everyone with they come into contact that we might see revival in our time. Let there be such a rush to accept your Grace in this Country that all battles are forgotten, all human endeavors lain aside and all enemies confounded, paralyzed and palsied in the wake of Your Holy Fire’s Spread throughout this land. Let us be consumed and cleansed that we are infused with Your Holy Spirit’s Power to do those impossible things for which we have been sent. Let us bring Glory to Your Name and once again be proclaimed a Nation Dedicated to Your Glory, in Hope, Reason and Peace. My King, Jesus Christ the Lord of All.

Lord Jesus thank for taking careful time to cherish, welcome and embrace your Jewish past and Your Jewish Future. Thank you for loving us enough that you opened up the Grace to the gentiles or I would not be here having this discussion. Thank you that You are Faithful and True to the Jewish People and will Turn your face to them on the Great day of Jacobs Trouble, that they might take their rightful place as those chosen to bring the knowledge of God to the Earth that all might share in salvation. Lord we know that there are those, especially since all the records of the genealogy of the Jewish People was destroyed by the Romans in Circa 70AD, that there will be those who impose themselves or infiltrate the Jewish faith claiming their kinship to Abraham. Your Word makes this clear that you know those who are of that synagogue of Satan and Your Word also indicates the manner in which YOU Will discharge them.

Father, we will not take place in denying your Holy Spirit and imagining that satan’s minions or false jews for that matter could ever intervene and change Your Great Plan for the Jews and the rest of humanity.  Created beings serve you alone, whether or not they have evil intention they will invariably end up complying with your desired result. Therefore, Lord forgive those who are teaching any form of Replacement Theology, dismissing Your Rich and Faithful Jewish Heritage and Your Devotion to them as You Promised. This is not about their faithfulness, nor is it in the slightest about whoever of the minions of the fallen stepped forward to form the nation of Israel.  The fact remains that this is the end of YOUR prophecy made my Moses regarding these people. That this wonderful miracle would occur where you would bring them back into the land that you gave them after a lengthy diaspora around the globe where they would be chased by sword and problems. Thank you for always being YOU and delivering against the promise that YOU made to them, regardless of their disobedient or wandering behavior.

Father, we know that there is more than enough evidence of these issues in the 20K plus existing manuscripts of the new testament written within a century of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. These Books are Holy Spirit inspired and Eye Witness accounts to the events of that time. Lord Please remove the scales from the eyes of those who are following rumor, hatred, debate, envy or the compelling influences of YOUR enemies to target, dismiss, slander or shun the Jewish People as your chosen.  The Jewish People have been awaiting their Messiah for thousands of years, Lord let them not perish or have stroke when they realize that you did come and wanted so much to gather your sheep to you but they knew you not.  Lord I am overjoyed to imagine their reaction when you come again to be with them as Your Beloved. Thank you for showing me your rich heritage into which we have been thankfully grafted in.  We love and praise you. In Jesus’ Name.

Men are without excuse as God is known to all, that makes it fair for the day of judgment that none will be able to say, Sir, yes me in the back, I didn’t know.  Not only do I know but I also know what is going to happen between now and then with some distinction and certainty. Lord, I see that Israel is beginning to emerge as that cup of trembling you promised to make it for the world. Their neighbors have been slowly building up missile stockpiles for a particular campaign. The two state solution, now being removed will force their envious hand to launch a precipitous attack in order to create and entirely Arab neighborhood, free from Jewish authority, resentment and God’s protection. The Golan being permanently sequestered from Syria will provoke, entice and deliberately ignite their military willingness. We have the Bible Lord we know what happens yet we will still try and rewrite the story with our own outcomes. How masterfully foolish. If I am to master one discipline Lord don’t let it be my own ignorance, allow room for transformation, maturity and reason that I may never do that which will provoke Your Responsive Wrath.

Psalm 83 apparently indicates that Israel will be winning a local battle that launches it beyond its current borders to finally fill the original boundaries of the Land You Bequeathed to their inheritance. This is supported by the 2 Chapters in Isaiah that claim the destruction of Damascus and Several cities in Egypt. It also brings reasonable answer to the riddle as to why these regional neighboring, enemies are not mentioned in Ezekiel foretelling of the Battle of Gog and Magog in 38 and 39. Evidently those who attack Israel hoping to create an Arab/Palestinian state are sadly mistaken as to the outcome, their subsequent destruction. Several other things will ensue one which requires collateral mention from Jeremiah 49 where the Kingdom of Elam which is in Western, Modern Day Iran near the Bushehr Nuclear Facility will also be destroyed.  Elam is also not mentioned in Ezekiel’s prophecy though Jeremiah and Ezekiel were alive in the same period.  This portends that Israel at some point is forced to take out Iran’s Nuclear facility in that area, significantly displacing citizens of Elam and diminishing Iran’s world military standing.  How then does this come about and in which sequence is currently unknowable, but it appears that Israel’s current Arab neighbors will absolutely lose in a direct conflict with that chosen nation. One joyous thing is observed in Isaiah 19 where Egypt and Assyria convert to belief in Almighty God and begin worshiping with the Jews, having constructed a highway between all three nations. Please read Isaiah 19 if you wish to rejoice at God’s Sovereign Authority and Grace to make miracles from disaster. This win will launch Israel into being a much more wealthy nation as their land will reach well into Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Eqypt and Syria.

This expansion will most certainly deliver a large enough bait hook to draw the other nations listed in Ezekiel 38 into Israel to take plunder, where they in fact will meet the Hand of God upon them. For those Christians who had summarily positioned themselves in a camp out for rapture, perhaps the knowledge of these potentially upcoming events will muster up enough excitement and concern that you will see that there is much left to pray about and do for the Kingdom of Glory. These things may take years to occur. Arguably we do see them as obviously near imminent on the current chess board, but they may take time to unfold nonetheless. So if you were in coast mode as a Prayer Warrior can you please rethink that determination. I hope that you as always look into this information being the Barean that you are and determine that it is the Truth. God’s Plan is being revealed and this information may be new to you right now. So, delight in the fact that as a an adopted heir of the Kingdom of the Most High God that you get to know things before they occur that you might praise Him for His Loving Kindness and prepare your hearts, minds and families for the things soon to come.

A strap around the universe, neither Orion nor Van Pelt, although a parade of asteroids is better known as belt. Magnetic saturation, electro, gamma and all the rest, sans some spiritual armor we’ll not withstand the test. Tighten up persona from Biscayne or North Pomona the heat is turning up viscerally here in Western Arizona. Off the cuff or quite discerning the tongue it waggles on, for the Glory each is yearning sun to sun or dusk to dawn. For time is now upon us but soon will matter naught as eternity approaches that his redemption bought.

What now do you remember or what can you not forget the flowers or the smiles that have not been tested yet? A judgment is upon us though some will soon escape for the holy transportation is approaching round the cape. Not the ministries of mammon the lust of amon rah the razor on the pendulum as it sweeps from helm to yah. Travel there by carriage or some would call it chariot swinging low that we might board her heavenly horsepower to carry it. No snatched like little packages and whisked right to his Holy Side, to feast in fascination and then to become His Bride. What is left we won’t remember for they have made a lasting choice given freely and or taken spoken clearly to each voice. Off to be with Jesus we will venture as the voice it sounds so loud, to be given glorified bodies and return upon a cloud.

Creation has been counting day to day and week to week each leaf and seed unfolding as if the universe could speak. It cries for the God of Order to set this all in proper light to shine with us forever and do away with night. Why do men alone choose not to answer when they alone are free to make the choice of wisdom and choose life eternally? Stubborn sons and then their daughters given to remorse never knowing the joyous power found in changing course. Clean sweep all into the victory and damage in the past We finally found it peaceful free from sin and death at last. The champions and the judges give their lives and power up just to see his smile and drink the water from His Cup. If you cannot see the reason, the answer or the rhyme, I better lift you up right now because you’re almost out of time.

In Jesus’ Holy and Righteous Name.

Repentance, evidence of the contagious power of God’s Holy Spirit upon humanity. When I am compelled to look within, admitting and accepting my own wicked heart, I then may be re-engaged with God for cleansing, rebirth and transformation. What has this fire begun? Once again a nation of men and women and their children rapidly turning their priority, the lives and all that they are and will become to their Maker. What then is possible under such outrageous circumstance? What enemy could stand against such determination and capacity to complete the impossible through the indwelling Spirit of Creation? The first victim the concept of defeat is set aside for in victory it no longer has rational consideration. What then of men set aflame by the Righteousness, Truth, Hope, Faith, Peace and Love of God, certainly worldly things become irrelevant having been replaced by the incorruptible seed form which our new forms germinated.

Do you see the flames that consume yet do not burn except that which must be cleansed form the mettle of each man? Do you see the opaque quality of evanescence as they approach a level to which purity lends transparent? How stand their surfaces tempered by the Holy Fire, resistant, nigh impervious to the poisonous infections of flesh? What then would norm be as all followed God with their minds, heart, wallets and sword arms? Do we dare venture to such surroundings and potential in response to perfection’s glorious call upon our persons? Passion only for Godly things, preserving that which God has made as a reflection of His Glory.  Waging Peace leaving war to history as all have been conquered by God. His day a Mighty Day where men no longer ignore but ambitiously seek their Deity Inspired Purpose.

Where would you be during this Holy outbreak of Pure and Healthy Hearts set upon the Lord our God? Abstaining, hoping it merely fad that a return to personal gratification and self actualization would soon find its way to roost? What then of all those coveted treasures? Do they forgo adequate or similar transformation and are given for the good of all that God might bless more, again and once more for good measure? What pleasure then is found in the heart of man serving God with all His morale and fiber? Is this freedom or to those who would serve another master simply exchanging corrals for pasture? Is this the day when God shall set your heart aflame for His Purpose? Wanted flammable Christians to bring the Light of God to a darkened and dreary World. In Jesus’ Name, Bring the Fire Lord, Catch our Hearts aflame for You.

In which shadow do you stand? In the shadow of the memories of better times, times past that gave you that warm feeling of contented resolution? Walking in the shadow of heroes who fought for justice and found their way into history not by choice of glory but by sacrifice? In the shadow of God’s Almighty Wings, shading, hiding, sequestering and protecting you from detection and malevolent assault by His enemies? Or maybe you skulked, prideful and putrefactive in the element of darkness that you call home, that shadow into which your indwelling evil spirit blends?

It is after all what we do in the shadows, the unknown, unseen time of our private lives that separate us or incline us toward relationship with Almighty God. It is what I do in the darkness that demonstrates my true spirit, the heart that only God knows, secret yet revealing at the day of justice as to which way we are headed on the journey to beyond. What then do you do when you know no one else is watching? Do you resist and cry out to God that the enemy might flee from you, the temptation overcome? Do you put on the full armor of God and make a stand to be Holy, Righteous and Pure, set apart as your God is Holy. Or is this the opportunity to take off your mask and delve into the darkest recesses of the mind pent upon completion of lust and desire? Are you even honest enough to be honest enough? Or perhaps you have grown so adept at prevarication that you may even keep yourself in the dark?

Know Yourself and seek the understanding as to your inclinations or you will never resist when faced with devilish temptation. What you practice you will perform, do not believe yourself prepared because you think it so for you will wither in the face of sirens and temptations sweet allure. That is the predicament about darkness and light.  You cannot love them both, you must choose a master and listen to just one for the other will lead you to the fleshly behaviors that cannot exist in the presence of the King. You must make a choice and then through prayer, meditation, trial and growth demonstrate a capacity to resist the enemy that he might flee in the moment of your greatest trial. That is this battle in which we find ourselves enrolled.  The same battle that took casualties the likes of King David, when he neglected obedience and failed to forgive his wife, thus predisposing himself to an inclination for strange flesh. Certainly the Lord used all things for good from that circumstance, but we are all susceptible who believe ourselves worthy and impervious. This is a battle and putting down our defenses is the greatest time of trial for vigilance is the only defense and God’s Word the only safety from potential fall. So armor up, stand up, resist, pray and stay set apart from the lascivious nature of the world and overcome until that day when we will not longer need to fight.
