That love

I would like to say that I can help in a significant manner but that would be stretching it at best and at worst an outright lie. Very few people want to hear the truth and grimace at the Gospel message calling them to review clearly their sins that they may confess them before the Father. As you I used to want to say that I was permanently in the safe zone and as the commercial church teaches may proceed in impunity knowing that all my future sins will be forgiven. That position does not reconcile with the words of our Savior to those who remained in their iniquity. Having told them clearly in Matthew 7 that they were known by their bad fruit and neither in relationship with Christ nor doing the will of the Father.

This is the day of each man’s choice. God calls we answer. If you are like most then you have given a lukewarm reception to God’s offer of Grace and somehow blended it with your worldly pursuits to remain in the true danger of matching Christ’s warning in Matthew. God wants obedience, not works or sacrifice. That is why the parable of the two sons is impactful upon these days in which we reside. You have repeatedly explained that you cannot do what He wants you to do right now because of X reason or Y excuse. The true danger of this attitude resides first in its denial of obedience and second in the fact that someday it will be too late to perform the functions He has demanded today. Though I am far from powerless, my power emanates from the seal and filling of God’s Holy Spirit within.

The help I can provide is associated with the watchman I have always been before my Father. I will blow the Trumpet warning of the impending escalation and imperative of approaching enemies. However, it remains your duty and responsibility to respond to that warning, heeding the opportunity to make straight your path and seek the Lord’s: protection, promise and deliverance. We have entered the time of consequence for disobedient inattention to God’s direction. The son who said he would go and work and never did suffered the loss of opportunity. While the son who denied the will to go and yet finally performed absorbed the reward of obedience. What do you personally believe is the consequence. Having heard from Christ that not all will enter the Kingdom of Heaven as they have been falsely instructed. Do you believe that you disobedience and failure to do the Father’s Will acquaints you with the disobedient or the Brother of Reward?

As Moses I used to get upset or disappointed when those of the Flock determined to ignore my repeat of Christ’s warning. However, these choices are neither good or bad except in my own labeling or judgment. What is paramount is that the choices must be made and that I have told you what comes as consequence of either. The choices are yours for you alone will offer accountability before Jesus when asked to give that account. I do ardently council that you make a decision today for Christ and go about obeying the Father’s Will because you Love Him and want to please your Father in Heaven. But you make your own choice as the job is yours alone and I will neither convince you or badger you in this process. I am responsible to love you and neither of those avenues faithfully expresses that love.
