Do we pursue God in action at least as arduously as we pursue our own happiness?

Endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights in our Declaration of Independence, one of which is pursuit of happiness. What is happiness? Fifty people fifty versions. A state of, a struggle, defined by self that can neither be maintained nor continued perpetually.

The world says Joy is a feeling. Is that the context in which we walk with Spirit or find peace and patience to endure the overwhelming?

Joy is neither pursuit nor feeling, it is a knowledge of hope beyond the promise of performance. It unlike happiness is not a pursuit but a practice and in that realization lengthens in breadth and depth until approaching or achieving perpetuity.

Liberty. What is the magic in a word? Google.com Liberty – the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s way of life, behavior, or political views. So happiness is sponsored by action in pursuit of the noun state of achieving self-defined status of feeling good. Liberty is again a state of being free within society against oppression for who we choose to be.

Life — Existence. Set apart with the spark or breath of existence. Endowed–Furnished or provided maintenance to achieve personal end states.

All is given. Nothing is self achieved only the pursuit is granted. We were given the choice to believe that God is origin of our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness and all those things through which freedom makes available.

We have been set apart by the Love and Grace/Mercy of God to achieve actions, states, pursuits and practice in reflection of His Wonderful Gifts to America. How then may we continue in successful Union without the primary acknowledgement of God Himself and the inalienable gifts He has bestowed upon US. Existence without God is impossible. Everything else stems from that root. The Root of Jesse, Jesus Christ the King. Through which and for whom all things were made.
