What do we want America? What drives our hearts to stand or stand bye waiting, wanting, watching for the realization of our effort and energies? Do we seek peace with men who want nothing but chaos as the pregnant arena from which they derive and grasp all power? Do we want family and lives left to pursue the moments of happiness that our Declaration declared our right? What is life found in liberty are they severed and separate ideals or does one act fully dependent upon the other? For without Life there is no liberty except from the joy in experiencing its virtues and criminals. And without Liberty, life is sorely chosen, ardor from which most seek respite or crow cold in their desires for revenge, relief and remorse. That beings to assign understanding to Patrick Henry’s dire vow that without Liberty he wanted no life.

We came seeking a nation where men may worship God and raise their families with provision, security and promise of the Freedom to pursue those endeavors to which each heart is inclined. We found frontier and further struggle against ourselves, those from whom the land was being taken and the growth of a set of boundaries designed to keep each man’s pursuits in tandem with an egalitarian whole. We attended compromise realizing that pursuits of freedom limiting our neighbor or encroaching on the same were not for the greatest good. What changed US except the desire to live together as one defending the rights of our neighbor as safe harbor for our own. In good times we found plenty and in tough times we found hands of sharing but we did it together without indulging our own lusts to impinge upon our neighbor for more than would become our shared blessings.

What bread US become self serving and begin to seek the capture and store of goods to feed the masses and hoard them in warehouses and vaults to count them in our solitude? Did we fall from God and forget the Love He gave US reserved for Him and those He had begotten? Did we find fault in the Promises that had originally secured our lives and our Liberty making US free to pursue our desirous hearts? Is this not the exact quest for which God prepared US with Word and Example? Sin has taken toll and exacts the last pence to which we are able, leaving in its wake men who would sell their children for preponderance of Wealth, for fame without honor and endless store of wicked meats to serve their wanton hearts. Again we must reflect upon those drives to which we are bound. What is it that makes America somehow a bastion to which most are found in desperation clinging?

It is not the greed nor penchant to own all we may amass that makes US unique or special. It is not the self-serving adulterous hearts that seek separation from God’s Reason and purpose and call upon Him as Djinn to honor wishes. It is not the anger which causes US to despise neighbor to whom God would have US call Brother. It is not the Nation, Government, Tribe or Ideal that we were meant to worship, but the Sovereign God who offers all Life, Liberty and Forgiveness. We fight the greatest battle of mankind repeated, the quest for IDENTITY. Ours was once found in Christ and gave US more than we could ever expect or account. We strayed to the wish list of our hearts and now suffer from that realization in our own Corruption. The only answer is clear, but most will never drop their pride or admit the need for Cornerstone return in our Founding and Foundation. If we will humble ourselves and pray, turning from our wicked ways, calling ourselves once again HIS, then He will hear our prayers and forgive US, interceding in prayerful intervention. We must return to WHO we are not an ideal that may have for all time been shattered in our departure from God’s Reason and Purpose. We must decide and Call ourselves by His Name Once again or cease in our exception. It has always been choice that led US to poverty or prosperity. We all know the Truth may must turn from lie to once again receive its Power in God’s Promise.
