Thus, I pledge to acquire the accounts, assets and corporate bodies necessary to absolute achievement of agreed global objectives and will lend credibility and support where possible to local or regional activities that are engaged for the furtherance of our overall understanding.  We will allocate necessary funds through trusted agents embarked upon professional recruitment of those individuals profiled, matured and designated as the appropriate electors of our legal, corporate, monetary and military benchmarks.  We will consistently and repeatedly review and follow those to be elected, regardless of station in order to capture every opportunity or avenue to objective achievement.  Therefore, we commit to training, selecting, preparing and placing those candidates for election far in advance that we might muster all media, propaganda and social engineering capacities toward the fulfillment of their incorporation into public bodies. Then we will assign a mentor or mentors to plan a specific path of transfer through the Public and Private markets to utilize their talents throughout their career to fulfill the overall global outcome.

Furthermore we will conglomerate, merge and mutate our Corporate assets of Banking, Natural Resources and Commercial delivery with those accomplices of willing intent within the intelligence communities to embark on; covert influence, secret monetary collection and conveyance, blackmail and predictive analysis requisite for achievement of the elections we have designated as paramount to our successes. Additionally, these intelligence organizations will provide physical intervention through military and diplomatic means to orchestrate the timely removal of assets contrary to these outcomes, to effectively, “poison the soup” for desired transformation in local, regional, national and global environments.  These assets will partner where necessary to produce the damning intelligence, exculpatory evidence or demise of all those designated as enemies to this global treatise.
