The concrete of my life falls away, leaving those things green and supple.  I am nothing that my dreams have made, the dreams made me.  Having become what God intended, I yearn for Him and hunger for the redemption of mankind from the cruel reign of false gods.  There are many things I had once wished to conquer or complete, now my only hope is to save as many as may be saved in the time remaining.

They have gone astray from God, wrongly equating Him and the Church, they now have decided upon it irrelevance.  The apostasy is God’s present reminder that we rapidly approach and end of the Church Age.  We are not of desperate mindset, only quiet understanding that those who have ears to hear shall hear and those who sit upon the fence shall forever regret having never exercised the greatest gift of free will choice.  That is the abomination here, is that a humanity which might be wholly save turns its nose to the food of restoration.

Lord, I am so thankful that you chose me, for any purpose.  The fact that I have been able to any positive effect for the Kingdom humbles me and delights my mind with new and positive memories.  These people you love and I am sorry that they are too self-focused to come to you and be saved.  Please forgive us for not telling them sooner, perhaps we may have made a difference.

Your love sustains me as I lose taste and desire for the things of this world.  I see the innocent smile and that brings me joy.  I see those who love you and obey your commands and that makes me smile.  I see the men and women you’ve created and your love for them shines bright from my eyes.  They don’t know how to handle it Lord and are often left for words.  They see immediately that I love them even before we have ever spoken.  I am sorry for the times that I looked at my Brother otherwise.  As this world grows strangely dim let them see my readiness for rapture so that they too might have oil in their lamps, watching for your return.
