Increasingly

Adversarial, precarious, divided, confused, dangerous, distant, unpredictable, contagious, remote, bleak, desperate, juvenile, twisted, corrupt, insufficient, mindful, satisfied.  Which of these words describes your opinion of the current global circumstances?  Is there a common negative overtone or implication consistent to these modifiers?  Are there any of the words that simply do not fit with your evaluation of the present situation?  Do you know where in the Bible to turn for a review of what God says will be happening in the world as the day of judgment draws near?  Do you have an internal repository of peace and hope regarding our collective global future, perhaps an academic ideology that portends the perfect mixture of doctrine, politics and humanistic resolution?  Most of the people I meet are frankly concerned and many spend great amounts of energy/time staving off hyperventilation or panic.  Is there a sure fire method to maintaining peace in the midst of this obvious flux?

We as Christians should know.  You see people are going to turn to us, increasingly, for direction, question and understanding as they try to make sense of this planet unraveling.  Are we able, willing and ready to show them realistic direction and rapidly pull up specific Word of God to support our understanding and account for the peace that we possess?  I am certain that at this moment we may not be sufficiently prepared, but as the last days unfold we should be feeling the increasing call of the Holy Spirit, tugging upon our hearts.  I implore my Brothers and Sisters to incline their ears to the voice of God speaking in that quiet place of divine relationship.  People are becoming “increasingly” agitated and in need of appropriate and gentle guidance, empathy and direction.  We will be the ones to provide that light as they naturally pursue their maker in quest for salvation and succor.  Please open your hearts to Jesus.  Count upon His promises and stand on their firmament and solemnity.  Stand ready to gather crops as the harvest time approaches.  For the time of planting, watering and fertilizing will soon be finished.  I love you and pray for your encouragement, abundance and protection in the Holy name of Jesus Christ the King.
